Log into your Leader Online account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
